For reasons of bank security and excessive fees, we cannot offer you online payment. Here are the best payment options in order of preference:

• DEPOSIT payment methods

1. Via   Paysend  or Wise (applications or websites): Payment by credit card or transfer to the Nepalese account. Simple, fast and very reasonably priced. Limit of €850 per transfer with Paysend.  
2. By bank transfer to my personal account in France . Simple, fast and free of charge for French banks. Deposit + Increase of 20 € to compensate for the transfer costs to Nepal that I will have to pay
3. By international bank transfer . Transfer costs at your expense. If the amount paid to our bank does not correspond to the amount of the deposit, you will have to pay the difference when you pay the balance of the stay. In this case, we will provide you with the receipt from our bank proving the amount of the transfer. This type of transfer is more and more complicated (because without IBAN, outside Europe and sometimes with uncontrollable commissions from intermediary banks) to carry out with French banks. Bank charges ranging from 25 to 60 euros depending on the bank

• BALANCE payment methods

1. On your arrival in Kathmandu, the first day, in cash (in large denominations if possible) and preferably in euros or dollars. Plan your balance before leaving because it is not possible to withdraw foreign currency from Nepalese ATMs. Your foreign currency banknotes that are too old, worn, torn, scratched are not accepted because they cannot be exchanged.
2. Via Paysend  or Wise  (applications or websites)  1 week before your arrival in Nepal. Payment by credit card or transfer to the Nepalese account. Simple, fast and very reasonably priced. Limit of €850 per transfer with Paysend. 
3. By bank transfer to my personal account in France . 1 week before your arrival in Nepal. Simple, fast and free of charge for French banks. Balance + Increase of 20 € to compensate for the transfer costs to Nepal that I will have to pay
4. By international bank transfer, but at least 1 month before your arrival in Nepal. Conditions as above.
5. Upon your arrival in Nepal, by VISA, debit and  credit card. Only VISA cards. Increase of 4% of the amount (bank tax) for this method of payment.

• Payments by credit card allow you to activate any insurance associated with it.
• It is very common to encounter problems with credit cards (limits). Take your precautions with your bank before leaving or bring euros/dollars that you can exchange easily.
